Testimonials
“I recommend having sessions with Josie. I think she has a beautiful, poetic, wise and brilliant mind. She is endlessly curious about people and life, and this curiosity gives her depth, authenticity, humility and gentleness. I experienced Josie as a totally safe, non-judgemental, supportive and encouraging presence. Really I can’t recommend her highly enough.”
“My sessions with Josie have been such a gift. They have been invaluable for me to sharpen the needle of my compass to navigate my emotional and psychological landscape with more self-awareness and self-care. Josie has a wonderful capacity to make the process gentle and beautiful yet powerful.”
“Josie is outstanding and truly gifted in what she does. She has a natural ability to connect, hold space and take you deep. I loved the way she synthesised what I had said and the way she reflects back in such a way that helped me to feel seen, understood and so safe. I receiving counseling around specific issues I’ve been stuck in for most of my adult life and things I have a lot of fear around.”
“I never thought that talking to someone would help, but hey presto. I really don’t things would have changed. I didn’t have a goal, just flailing around in space. I was afraid of what I might find internally. I would have in a dark place this year. But things have taken a turn. So thank you.”
